Tip: Working with voices in Dorico for iPad

  1. To input into a new voice, press the new button on the Notes toolbox.
  2. Now you have a second voice, the button switches between voices.
  3. The stem direction of the caret note indicates the nominal stem direction of the voice.
  4. If you need a third voice on a staff, long press to access the New Voice button.
  5. Use the key command V to switch between voices, and Shift+V to create a new voice.
