It’s true for any kind of sophisticated software, and it’s certainly true for notation and composition software.

Switch Sessions are free additional support in the form of an online Zoom session with a Dorico Product Specialist, designed to help you become more familiar with the Dorico workflow and features, and make the most of your investment by saving you time on your projects.
Before the session:
To get the most out of the session, please send an example (Dorico or PDF file) or as much information about the type of project, instrumentation or areas of functionality you want to learn about. For example:
- quicker note input
- layout questions
- making and using Master Pages
- audio mock-ups
…or anything else that you’d like help with.
How to book:
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a couple of dates and times that would work best for you. (Please be aware that we’re in the UK when suggesting suitable times.) We will then check when we are available and get back to you as soon as possible with confirmation and a Zoom link for the session*.
We want you to be able to complete all your projects in Dorico, and we’re here to help.

Each Switch Session will be up to 60 minutes. Only one session per person. After your session, we may then suggest some of our other help information such as resources, documentation, videos, or suggest a certified trainer if you wish to book paid training sessions. Please note that these sessions are not for support requests, installation or licensing issues.
